सर 1992 साली मी 22 गुंठे जिरायती शेती घेतली आहे, सदर सातबार 133 गुंठ्याचा आहे. माझ्या नावे असणाऱ्या 22 गुंठ्याबद्दल तुकडे बंदी तुकडे जोड कायद्या विरूद्ध व्यवहार अशी नोंद आहे, तरी ती नोंद कमी करता येईल का आणि मला ती जमीन विकण्यासाठी कायदेशीर काही अडचण आहे का?

तुकडेबंदी कायद्याच्या लेखात कलम 8b ची तरतूद नमूद नाही.
महानगरपालिकेत च्या हद्दीत, रहिवासीझोन , सिटी सर्व्हे झालेल्यां
मध्े हा कायदा लागूनाही.हा कायदा केवल शेतीसाठी आहे.
